故意に意訳した部分もあるが、迷った所も幾つか。
and their lives will be stronger and free
君の心は彼らの人生をより強く自由にする。
これは「彼らの人生をより強く自由にする」のは「君の心」ではなく、「彼らを気にかけている者がいると彼らが知ること」なのかも。
つまりsend them your heart so their lives will be stronger and freeと受け取って「君の心」と訳したけど
直前のthat someone caresを重視すべきだったかもな、と。
but if you just believe there's no way we can fall
君が『堕ちる事はできない』と信じるならば…。
これは意味がわからないまま投げ出した。元の詞が途中で終わってる気がする。1行足りないんじゃないの的な。
it's true we'll make a better day
より良い日にする未来は真実なんだ。
これは日本語がおかしいかも。「より良い日は真実なんだ。」の方が素直だ。直すかもしれない。

訳してるうちに、すっかり宗教的な気分になる。宗教ハイ。
後この歌の中で一番重要な一語は"change"だと思う。
changeは いつ来るのか?という歌だから。「私達が一つになった時」だそうだが、オバマ大統領が昔演説した"change"は、ここからの引用なのかもしれない。オバマは"change"と一緒に米国内の融和を唱えた。

リベラルなアメリカも保守的なアメリカもない──あるのはアメリカ合衆国なのだ。
黒人のアメリカも白人のアメリカもラテン系のアメリカもアジア系のアメリカもありはしない──あるのはアメリカ合衆国なのだ。

オバマの"一つになる"と"change"の合わせ技は『we are the world』が源流では?と思ったのだが、ひょっとして常識?
